Everyone from "celebs in jeans" to "politicians in black tie" can "see and be seen" at owner Nino Pernetti'sCoral Gables "throwback", whose Lombardian cuisine is "superb" and whose "doting" staff "makes everyone feel welcome"; the "masculine" decor can seem "a little stuffy", and you have to stain to "hear over the din", but that's a small price to pay for a "short trip to Italy."
